About Wendy Chang Lee

Wendy’s extensive business background as a licensed real estate broker, small business owner, and an entrepreneur give her a unique investment perspective that is greatly beneficial to her clients. More importantly, Wendy has a deeper appreciation of market values, trends, and financial dealings, so integral to making a “smart” real estate investment. However, Wendy also has an understanding of the personal lifetime economic decisions that her clients are making and the ways in which these decisions impact their everyday lives. Bottom-line, Wendy’s professional approach always puts the client first with an eye toward assessing the investments that best serve their particular needs. No transaction is too large or too small, whether from renting a studio to purchasing or selling a multimillion-dollar property to finding a suitable commercial space each and every client experiences the same focused drive and tenacity.

Proficient in English, Mandarin, and Taiwanese, Wendy has developed a strong domestic and international clientele on both the sell side and the buy side. Originally from Taipei, Taiwan, Wendy comes from a family of entrepreneurs whose businesses include manufacturing, and as well, real estate investing. Wendy’s diverse business trajectory has ranged from working at large financial institutions to running start-up companies in the cosmetics industry. Wendy is currently on the Condominium Board of both her East Side and her West Side residences. As a member she has led numerous initiatives, including air rights infringements, courtyard redesign and beautification, and additionally, significant improvements to quality of life for building residents.

Wendy attended college at the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising (FIDM) where she earned her Associate of Arts degree. Post college, she relocated to the East coast and attended Harvard University Extension School. Wendy Lee resides on the Upper West Side of Manhattan with her husband and two daughters, is an avid golfer, and an active PADI certified Rescue Diver.
